Zone Training
The Calibration Workout is an imprtant piece of Training Intelligence. By completing this workout, our system will determine your custom heart rate zones. These zones will be used in subsequent workouts to ensure that you are working out at the proper intensity. The workout will take only 20-minutes to complete. It requires that you wear a Bluetooth LE heart rate monitor, so your heart rate zones can be calculated. You may choose to run on a treadmill or if running outdoors, make sure to choose a flat route.
In Settings you will see Heart Rate Zones.
There are 3 options for this:
- Calculated (Default)
- Latest Calibration
- Custom Value
